The Short Answer:
In the wild, grapes are one of the foods that rabbits include in their diet, so yes, rabbits can eat grapes. Wild rabbits will often go into vineyards to chew on grapevines, and to eat the grapes from them.
More Info:
If you are going to give your rabbit grapes make sure you wash the grape, and the vine. Many grape vineyards rely on heavy pesticides to keep the grapes safe from bugs. Because of the small size of rabbits, they are also susceptible to the pesticides. You should not give rabbits grapes regularly, as they are high in sugar and are unhealthy in large amounts. You should try limiting your rabbit to around 2 grapes per week.
The First Time:
Like humans, rabbits can be allergic to grapes. Give your rabbit a very small amount off the edge of your finger, then watch him or her for a few minutes. If all seems ok, you can give him or her more. If your rabbit shows signs of a severe allergy, you should find a local vet that serves rabbits, and take it in.
