If you are wondering if you can give your cat some bread, you can, but not too much!
Bread is not toxic, or poisonous to cats, so giving your cat some bread is perfectly fine. The only problem with bread, is that is is unhealthy, and fattening for cats.
This means that if your cat eats too much bread, it will start to gain weight. Bread has processed carbohydrates in it, these turn into fat when a cat eats bread.
Too many bread products can also give your cat a yeast infection.
Because of the above, you should not give your cat bread regularly, or too much at a time. If your cat loves bread, give it to your cat as a treat, on rare occasions. If your cat really does not enjoy eating bread, don’t feed it to your cat.
This cat loves bread, but that is too much bread to give a cat at once!
